Our own production products among these are:Ironing board, clothes hanger, table,etc.
Other products on the web are which we source and supply to our customers,help customer to control quality,trade process and solve problems,so as to save their time and cost.Many customers ship our own producing items meanwhile toghether with some other products in a whole container to save cost. However,these products will be high quality same as our own making products with high quality and low price characteristics, because we do bulk purchase from our cooperate partners. So please rest assured.
Most are hotel suppliers. Only a few of them are hotel groups. There are also a lot of five-Stars Hotels in China purchasing products from us and doing OEM cooperation with us.
Our supply capacity will not let you disappointed. So far, we have exported our hotel supplies to more than 50 foreign countries.Many customers our long-term cooperation customers. Delivery time is decided by the order quantity,and normally is between range 20- - 40 days. If the customer has very urgent need to ship in advance, we will try to find out effective solutions to let that customer satisfied.
We seldom receive customer complaints. if received , we will consider the reasons at customer’s position. We’ll solve the problem with our customer together and avoid any loss at customer’s side. Yes we always provide our customers with free samples as long as we have samples in stock which can meet customers’ requirements. If the customer need to customize the sample, we will be glad to arrange the proofing production.
